You can return your items for a full refund as long as it is within 30 days of recieving products and items are unused and in original packaging. Please email us at halosalon100@gmail.com to recieve a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

If shipping back, please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed once it has been recieved at our store. After your return is recieved and inspected, our customer service department will email you once your credit is ready to be issed.
